The FEATURE :
ARC SUPPERSSOR
When sparks occur, the special electronic circuit on this machine works automatically and cuts high frequency immediately to suppress arcs and minimize damage to electrodes and materials. Alarm lamp also works simultaneously.
JAMMING PREVENTION DEVICE
Equipped with frequency stabilizer and high frequency magnetic leakage suppressor. This device prevents leakage of electromagnetic radiation to avoid jamming other electrical instruments such as televisions and radios, etc.
SAFETY DEVICE
When the current exceeds its limits, the overload relay functions automatically to protect oscillation tubes and rectifier. Frequency deviation caused by disoperation is also prevented.
HIGH POWER WELDER
Using a specially designed mechanism, the maximum pressures of foot pedal can reach up to 400KGS so as to meet most operating conditions. The high quality components make these machines work very smoothly and precisely.
ADJUSTMENT FOR THE DISTANCE ON THE MACHINE HEAD
Adjust the distance on the machine head if practical as the mould's size and height are different. Save working load while processing accuracy can reach up to 98%.
PNEUMATIC PRESSURE DEVICE
It is provided with a pneumatic pressurizing device, which can adjust the air pressure if practical (OKG8KG), greatly decrease the operation difficulty and improve the quality of voltage products. Its pneumatic electric controlling part is equipped with high-frequency pneumatic couple and pneumatic manual operation equipments. Change the controlling method may modify the high-frequency processing technology.
